Are your weight loss programs safe if I have diabetes or other medical conditions?

Do I have to take vitamins while I am on the diet?
Our medical weight loss program is designed to help prevent nutrient deficiencies and benefit overall health and energy levels. We also do lab work to assess for low vitamin levels. No supplements are mandatory, though, and we are here to make adjustments for each patient.
I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Will this diet help these?
Yes! Losing weight can impact many different health conditions. Your weight loss could help improve high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
How do I know if a medically managed weight Loss Program is right for me?
Unlike other programs, several medical professionals will monitor your weight loss and address any health conditions preventing you from losing weight. In addition, our program offers additional services like support groups, nutritional counseling, supplements, and others to improve your overall health in addition to losing weight.
How often will I see the medical provider?
You will meet with a medical provider weekly to monthly depending on the program you choose and your other health concerns that we may need to monitor closely. Our team of weight loss professionals will keep track of your body composition changes, blood pressure, and monitor you for any health conditions that could be affected by your change in weight. Our program also offers several additional services for our patients in addition to your recurring appointments, such as seminars and support groups.
Do you offer weight loss medications?
One of the many benefits of our medically based program is that we can offer prescription weight loss medications to our patients. They can help the body fight hunger and cravings and make patients feel fuller. It is a provider-patient mutual decision after discussing one’s medical history, and clients can undoubtedly opt not to add medications to their weight loss regime. It is just one more tool in the weight management toolbox that they have at their disposal.
